Since 2001 Sunflower Hostel Berlin has its doors open for guests from all over the world – an island of budget accommodation, independent and not a member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). Sunflower Hostel still follows the old school attitude of offering a bed in a central location and a multicultural, creative and colorful environment, where communication, cultural exchange and meeting other travelling guests is more important than a television in the room.

Located in Friedrichshain, neighboured by Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Kreuzberg, it offers the perfect starting point for your discovering activities in Berlin. All tourist sights are either in walking distance, as Karl-Marx-Allee, the East Side Gallery and Oberbaum Bridge, or can easily be reached by means of public transportation.
